To start off with, the head and hair are quite nicely done, and I think you are very good at drawing head shots.

Now for the constructive part. There is a lot off with the body. Females differ from males usually by have slender arms and legs, and wider hips(for child birth) than men.

Going from top to bottom, The shoulders are excessively broad, and they are squared off too much. Shoulder slope down from the neck and into the arms. Next would be the upper arms. They're disproportionate to the lower arms, and are unusually thick for a woman of this build. The collar bone area is also very wide, and should be fairly smaller(about half the size). The abdominal area is also a bit on the long side, and should be shortened slightly. Lastly, the hips should be a bit wider.
